METHODOLOGY OF OPERATION

The prudence is abetted though a step-by-step process, which is tailored to the needs of the clients. The guidelines followed are:
  • Clarifying and translating vision and strategy in collaboration with the Client.
  • Problems identified at the incept stage by auditing building, facilities, components and systems. These will help to generate Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Establish parameters and accordingly prioritize activity and track those through Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Plan, set targets and align integral initiatives with respect to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Enhance Strategic Feedback and Learning.
  • Establishing Norms, Functions and Reporting Systems for various Services.

    ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH AND SAFETY (EHS)

    Function:  

    Provide advisory and oversee services related to environmental, health and safety, including advising Client on safety and environmental health issues, evaluating potential hazardous situations, conducting accident investigations and assisting in the formulation and implementation of  policies, guidelines and procedures.

    The implementation plan would cover the following four stages:

    Quick Response Team (QRT)  provides quick support to control, contain and safely resolve potentially dangerous situations encountered by the client onsite / offsite and ensures that the client can focus on their core business by limiting the extent of injuries and equipment, material and property damage in liaison with civic services. The team is constantly trained for different threat situations and develop support strategies to deal with high-risk situations like:
